Staff are very courteous and eager to assist. Disappointed with service. I made an appointment a week in advance. I arrived early, shortly after opening on appointed day. My vehicle was not looked at until late afternoon. Tech inspection revealed needed parts which were not on hand. Repair said I would have to leave vehicle for a day or two. My wife and I were shopping for a large SUV. We went to sandy Sansing Milton Jeep and spoke with a salesman, Desmond. He was very personable, helpful, and above all else not pushy! Answered our questions to the best of his ability. Salesman often get a bad rap for being overly pushy, and this was not our experience dealing with Desmond or his manager Alan. We ended up buying a Grand Wagoneer L that we had seen advertised on the Internet, and so far we are very happy with it!

Bought a Chrystler Pacifica 6 days ago, 800 miles on it now and already having catastrophic problems. I scheduled the oil change, tire rotation & squeaky door service appointment for my Ram 1500 a few days in advance through the Sandy Sansing online service portal. I showed up about 20 minutes early thinking I would be waiting longer, but my truck was entered into service almost immediately. Their service department uses an app so customers can track the status of the service from intake, completion and payment. Service department, is a joke at this point and won’t take my calls. Or return them. * came in for daylight running light issue , was told they can’t communicate with the vehicle. “Scam”. $994 approval for full pin testing. We can’t tell what’s wrong unless we can communicate with the vehicle. Haven’t had an issue the last time u checked the U connect system, which you don’t have a record of now. Now the car says U connect needs service from your dealer.

My 2015 Jeep runs like new now with struts and shocks put on. Also the radio, heater and GPS are like they were before the vehicle got hit by an electrical storm current. It took awhile to work with insurance and ordering parts, but once those things were accomplished, the work went great

Never use Sandy again!! Worst overpriced service! Appointments mean absolutely nothing to them, they just make customer wait 3 days after appointment was made! $650 for 20 minute job! They don’t care about customers, simply ignoring them and never telling them why they are keeping a car 3 entire days when to repair a wire harness took 20 minutes to repair!!! Never use Sandy ever!!!

I brought my 2021 Wrangler in for a whining noise coming from the rear end (DRIVETRAIN). Before coming in I checked the rear gear oil and found it 1/2 quart low. I topped it off with the Mopar recommended fluid and it still made the same noise. There was, as confirmed by the dealership, no sign of a leak anywhere. They pulled the rear cover and found no signs of trouble. They replaced the cover and charged me $150 for 2 quarts of oil and put in an additive that was not recommended per the Jeep owners manual. Very disappointed with the service provided and how long it took to get my vehicle back. After more than 3 weeks in your service department I was told 3 different times that 3 different parts would fix my truck and finally I hope the 3rd part actually is the correct part. Ive used this dealership for my last 3 cars. I normally have no complaints. This time however I purposefully made an 8:00 appointment because of another place i needed to be. I just needed an oil change and the technician advised a new filter. But the time it took for this oil change was over 2 hrs. So much for making an early appointment . But all, thankfully, was fine and I will continue to use this dealership forever! It definitely deserves 5 stars! Thank you..

In 2020, we purchased a new 2019 Dodge Ram HD 2500 from this dealership and allow we to say…Fantastic! Fast forward to 2025, we decided after the dealership offered us an even better deal to buy a 2025 Dodge Ram HD 2500 MEGA cab!! Between our 2019 and 2025 purchase and everything in between this dealership, service department, and everyone we have ever interacted with is Superb! I had a tire going flat. They told me it had two holes and couldn’t be repaired. I took my vehicle to Eagle and though they had the option to agree with the dealership and sell me a $500 tire, they fixed it for $40. Also I usually go to a place in Pensacola who does my oil and free rotation This dealership charged me a lot to rotate. I prefer using dealerships because they specialize in that make, but I don’t appreciate unnecessary fees and expenses.

So, I buy a 2015 Ram 3500 Big Horn, any button touched results in the message "Phone Requires Service, Contact Dealership". For 3 months I have dealing with this issue, the service department charges me $227 and...DOESN'T fix it and then tries to gaslight me by telling me the service technician NEVER SEEN THE MESSAGE. I would MAYBE recommend this dealership. Girl that helped me initially had no personality and couldn't stop chewing her gum. When I returned, she was busy. I waited a while, so someone else started to help me, then decided not to. Service dept guy came and helped. He was great. Had tires rotated on truck. One tire was in yellow range. It got rotated with its pair from back to front. IF IT WAS IN YELLOW RANGE, WHY DID IT GET ROTATED??? IT'S A TRUCK. THE TIRE SHOULD HAVE STAYED ON THE FRONT!
