I'm impressed!!! This team cared enough to work a complex problem on my 2002 Jeep until it was fixed right. Other service centers would even look at it. I bought my Liberty new in 2001 from Milton Chrysler Jeep and have been meticulous in maintaining it. That dealership had since become SS CDJR yet they were still willing to work my vehicle. Made things right! Had engine light come on after leaving the lot. After taking it to another Ram dealership they determined the previous owner put in an after market air duct. Sandy Sansing replaced all 3 parts for us free of charge. They made things right and that goes a long way with me. I will recommend them in the future to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealer.

Paid over 1000 for abs work and did not fix the issue. They had it for 2 days did not do 1/2 the job and with in 50 mile the abs light cam back on. Now I have to take it back and leave it for another few days.

Customer service was good and my service advisor was able to keep the final repair the same as the estimate. The only downside was the “personal consumer portal link” was inaccurate and caused me to call serval times for updates. Finally, the smallest issue I had was the trim panels not correctly reinstalled.

Time spent to dealership was well worth it. We got our jeep diagnosed correctly with an estimated cost.

Horrible service department!!! I brought my 2014 Durango in for service for a simple headlamp adjustment. I was told because I had aftermarket bulbs the headlamps couldn’t be adjusted. xxx? The adviser told me it would be $1388.00 plus tax to install a new headlamp assembly for both sides. She said the parts department said the bulbs were no longer available and the aftermarket bulbs I had are causing the problem. Service department is horrible. Took 10 months to get rim repair scheduled. Charged me 175 dollar diagnostic fee to tell me they wanted more time to diagnose the issue and wanted me to authorize an additional 380 dollars for a turn signal issue with only 36,600 miles with a 5k dollar maintenance/extended warranty package. This dealership is a complete scam artist and you should avoid at all cost

Over charging oil for my vehicle when I only use 4.5 qts. And you charge for 5. Rip-off!

Employees are friendly and efficient. I am not accustomed to taking a vehicle to the garage as my husband (deceased) made arrangements for auto care. The location in Milton is convenient and the atmosphere pleasant.

However nice they may be, they do not check everything. I’ve had to complete small services on my own directly after my appointments. The first time I had a running light out and that was not changed. This time my washer fluid is out. Makes me worry how thorough service has been. It doesn’t pay to have a service plan and if I could get mine refunded, I would.

They kept my car for two months to do a recall fix and my battery died because they didn't disconnect it and they charged me $40 to take out my old battery and put in the new one that I brought to them. So I was supposed to be getting a free service but ended up paying them when I shouldn't have. They fixed the part on my car but charged me for something that was there fault. So I guess just make sure there treating you right. This was just my first experience with them.

Recently purchased 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 from them. It was a big purchase, and while many dealerships wanted a $10k mark up over MSRP, this dealership gave me a very fair deal and even some savings to MSRP which I really appreciated. We had a very hard time deciding and he worked with my husband for two weeks and then with both of us for several days until we made our decision.
